Improving international connections to Italy

At the annual conference of the EU’s Programme of transnational cooperation in South East Europe (SEETCP) held late last week in Ljubljana, representatives of the national railway operator, HŽ Putnički prijevoz and SŽ – PotniÅ¡ki promet, signed an agreement on cooperation and harmonization of timetables of trains on the route Zagreb – Ljubljana – Trieste.

The agreement was signed by Renato Humic of HŽ Putnički prijevoz and Milos RovÅ¡nik from SŽ – PotniÅ¡ki promet, as part of a field trip project of Rail4SEE, the first day of the conference, held in old town of Ljubljana.
